We reserve the right to update any of the policies on this page at any time. If you have purchased a tour prior to October 2022, then the policies that were in effect on the date of purchase will be honored.

If you cancel your trip for any reason, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip. We will work with you to reschedule your tour. Cancelations after the 14 days will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per person. Cancelations made within 48 hours of your tour will be charged 50% of your original tour fee.

If an individual in your group has a last minute emergency or must cancel due to illness, there are no refunds.

If weather prohibits your tour, and UNCORKED cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund and we will rebook your date.
