Hello, I’m Aaron, and I’m excited to call Lexington home!
We traded the hustle and bustle of Austin, Texas, for the charm and community of Lexington, North Carolina—and we couldn’t be more excited about the move.
One of the biggest passions I brought with me is my love of wine! My appreciation for wine really took off during frequent trips through the Texas Hill Country. Somewhere along the way, what started as enjoying a good glass of wine turned into a genuine passion for discovering new wines, learning the stories behind them, and, of course, sharing them with other people.
I’m especially a big red wine guy. Give me a great Cabernet, a bold red blend, or a fantastic bottle I’ve never tried before, and I’m a happy guy! I love that wine has a way of bringing people together, starting conversations, and turning an ordinary day into something worth celebrating.
Before moving into this chapter, I proudly served in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq. I’ve always had a passion for teaching, helping others, and bringing people together.

Hi, I’m Stacey, co-owner of UNCORKED Touring Company—and a recent transplant from Austin, Texas to beautiful North Carolina!
I love wine. I really love LOCAL wine. Add in a great patio, a few new friends, and a dog or two, and I’m pretty much in my happy place.
My background is in marketing, advertising, and design, so naturally, I believe every great wine experience deserves a great photo. That’s why you can count on our UNCORKED bus being totally selfie-perfect. Because if you didn’t get a picture, did the wine tour even happen?
When I’m not planning the next UNCORKED adventure, you’ll probably find me around town with Aaron, my sister Jodi, or my two dogs. If you see us, come say hello! We’re always happy to meet new people—and there’s a pretty good chance we’ll invite you to join us for a glass of wine.

Hi my name is Jodi blah blah blah …., I’ve been a driver/ CEO of good times since Uncorked opened in the Fall of 2022.
I moved from Wilmington NC to Lexington NC in Fall of 2022 after running a successful pet care business for 18 years.
My current full time career and passion is working as a Veterinarian Technician at 4 Paws Spay and neuter clinic here in Lexington NC. But on the weekends I help people have fun and get Uncorked!
